Use of the Platform You may use our platform for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content without explicit written permission from Virtue Group Holdings LLC.
Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
Payments and Refunds All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Course purchases are non-refundable after 7 days or after more than 20% of the course content has been accessed, whichever comes first.
Intellectual Property All content on The FOA Academy platform, including course materials, videos, frameworks, and resources, is the property of Virtue Group Holdings LLC or its licensed contributors and is protected by copyright law.
Guest Faculty Content Some content is produced by guest faculty contributors under licensing agreements with Virtue Group Holdings LLC. All rights remain with Virtue Group Holdings LLC unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability The FOA Academy provides educational content for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes or results.
Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
